The individual 'MMI' Session is an intentional, art-infused counseling experience designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the experiences that have shaped who they are today.
Through compassionate conversation, creative expression, and reflective activities, we create space to unpack emotional burdens, recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen boundaries, and rediscover the woman beyond the roles, expectations, and responsibilities she carries.
This is more than a conversation—it’s an opportunity to meet yourself where you are and intentionally explore where you want to go next.

HER CIRCLE is an art-infused small-group counseling experience designed for women who want to strengthen their friendships, family relationships, and connections with the women who matter most.
Whether you're gathering with friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, cousins, coworkers, or other female family members, HER CIRCLE creates an intentional space to talk about what often goes unspoken.
Through guided conversations, creative expression, reflective activities, and interactive exercises, women are encouraged to listen without judgment, communicate with courage, establish healthy boundaries, and discover new ways to support one another.
