Two poets fell in love, but before the relationship bliss, came major conflict. A courthouse wedding against their parents wishes, a shocking argument during the car ride home and no premarital counseling. This was almost a recipe for divorce. The challenges seemed insurmountable, but Walter and Charmaine relied on their faith in God. Embracing the life lessons, compelling questions and truly committing to do the individual and collective work helped them remain standing through various obstacles.
"To much is given, much is required!" After years of informally supporting individuals and couples, Walter Jennings and Charmaine Jennings, co-founders of Chosen Life Specialists, LLC knew it was time to make Chosen Life Specialists organization official.
Walter and Charmaine became friends in 1996 and have been married since 2000. Both have professional experience mentoring, coaching, advising and counseling. Walter is an ordained minister, community leader and teaching artist. Charmaine is a certified life coach, trauma & crisis intervention trainer, veteran educator, and creative.
